He went ahead and put me through hell, he then walked out of the room with not pain prescription, a syringe to keep the deep wound clean, and the antiseptic rinse. I followed-up with Dr. Austin who was more understanding and gave me the things I needed; however, this was two weeks later. But in the meantime, I was in excruciating pain for two weeks, I did not want to go back to him.

They called him 3 days prior to appt to tell him they no longer take his insurance. Had they kept his first appt, this would not have been an issue. He never came to see me but was giving them direction over the phone. I waited three days for him to come check my status and very time I asked the nurses said he would come. Three days for treatment and then they made a follow-up with him. When I got there he said he did not know who I was and never gave direction for my treatment at all and then he charged me for the visit on top of that. Oh, how much I spent with Holmes Hospital and then his follow-up to hear he did not know me... $216.79 charges from him at follow-up Very disgusted.
