I have been a customer since 2006 when I moved to Washington. This car wash has been through a bunch of different owners. However, it has always been a dependable, quality, detailed car wash. Vehicles sparkle and shine inside and out, top to bottom. St George/Washington has no shortage of car washes. Customers become loyal to establishments that pamper their vehicles (their pride and joy and second most expensive purchase) and go out of their way, driving whatever distance to show their support. I've given gift cards and many washes of my own. Platinum has stood behind their washes and details. Customers leave with a smile and no hesitancy to tip for jobs well done. As of late, we've had crazy price packages, adjustments hours of operations reduced (for whose convenience?), staff reductions, and the sloppiest car washing I've seen in a long time. Automation is definitely coming to both the interior* and exterior of car washing. What the automatic robotic mechanisms washed (exterior) was satisfactory. The drying by the humans was NOT. Outside windows were streaked, smudged, and smeared. But the body and tires sparkled. The chrome was still dusty and dirty. *Now to the interior. Nothing happened at all. Nothing. Nada. Nope. It's not gonna happen. No rugs, no inside windows, no dashboard. The dirt and dust I came in with, I started to leave with. When I approached one of the two attendants to ask for a rag and why it wasn't done. I was told where the rags/cloths were and that they did not do interiors. $19 for this? (I opted to omit the ceramic coating so $19 instead of $25). Plus, I gave a $7 tip. I'm done. Whether work has suffered because Rowley's (the owners) don't want to pay for more employees and operate when the public wants them or whatever crazy excuse they can use. I'm gone. Car washes are profitable businesses. Mostly cash with little overhead. That car wash poperly operated could carry the fruit stand. The fruit stand will never carry the carwash. Bring on the robots to do the interiors. Heck, fire everybody. The bots are sure to win. Most compliant employees you can find. Bots won't tell customers where rags are or what you can do with them. There are other car washes, some long-standing...Freddies, Quick Kwack.... Bye-bye Premiere. read more

No organization to this place whatsoever. They don't even have an order on what cars they are doing. They stopped working on my vehicle to work on ones that just came out??? I am from California and this carwash would be belly up in a week. Nobody is managing these kids who are not even motivated to be here! I could turn this into a thriving business for sure, as they don't have a clue! I don't get it, obviously the owner doesn't give a shiz. Took my brand new 2020 dark gray Stringer to be cleaned they did good , then left town for work two days before traveling up North in my car - holy shit my hood is scratched every were. You can tell its from brushed because they are going in a circle . Went to talk to them as soon as I got home Sunday @2 but they closed early . I guess we will see if they do any thing or not - I sure hope so . Will be back with what they do or don't . Very very upset !!!! Its called Platinum Car Wash. In looking at the different packages, the "Platinum" package was second best, best being the Diamond package. Should have known better right there that this is amateur hour. Its an automatic tunnel and a crew to wipe it down. Slow... s l o w... s l o o o o o w! Couple cars in front of me. Took at least an hour. I was get'n pissed. Got a truck? Pray you can make it into the tunnel. At least a 3 point turn. Won't know it until past the cashier because its a chute. Change your mind? Almost impossible to get out. So I got the Diamond package. When all said and done, it was a disaster. I opened the backdoor and wiped lint, crumbs and a little dirt off my leather seats. Carpet vacuuming was a miss. When I got home I ended up cleaning again. Outside? Dirt and un-removed wax was easy to find. read more

This is one of the only full service car washes in town that is open on Sundays, so I decided to try it. It is a little confusing finding out where you need to go at first due to the two different entrances. Once you pay for your wash, you're guided into the wash tunnel where someone preps your car. The guy who prepped my vehicle did not fold in my mirrors or remove my antenna. Luckily, no damage was done. After the tunnel, they spent a good amount of time vacuuming and wiping my car, which I appreciated. My interior was covered in dog hair from my two German shepherds. They also vacuumed my trunk per my request. The interior was near spotless when they were finished. Honestly, this is probably one of the best full servive car washes I've gotten in a long time. First time trying out this car wash I paid for the TOP cleaning package. I got in my car and my windows weren't clean, there was dirt on the interior that I easily wiped off, seats do not look wiped down and my cup holders and sides of doors weren't cleaned at all. It literally looks like someone did a half a** job at vacuuming and that was it. Also the package included a fragrance I wasn't offered anything. When I asked the employee who cleaned my car about the fragrance he just said he doesn't know he just started. When I went back inside there was no one at the front desk and I waited about 5 minutes then called when I left and no one answered. Im so disappointed won't be going back. read more

These guys are great! Friendly, fast, and thorough. They even found a $10 bill in one of the crevices of our van and returned it to us. In addition to being impressed with the quality of their work I was also impressed by their honesty. Side note- I've been to another very popular car wash a few times because its closer to my house and each time I do I regret it. My car was "brand new" after the full detailing. I wish I hadn't waited so long to go for this service. They did miss a few tiny little things that I could fix myself but my car was full of dog hair and dog slobber on the windows. I will go back in a year. Friendly people. I get my car washed fairly often, at least 2x a month. I usually go to Freddie's, but was near Kohls, so we stopped in. The car was hand sprayed first. I like the giant brush inside the tunnel and the water sprayers were actually spraying--hard, like it should be!! A little confusing when exiting the tunnel about which way to go. I didn't go the right way, but a crowd of nice young guys came right over to dry the car. After 2 days, car looks about like Freddie's--A few brush marks are visible now & a few obvious spots that were "missed". I intend to try Platinum again, especially for the multiple wash deal. read more

Was excited to have a nice car wash place back, close to my home and work. At first they did a good job...but slowly got sloppier. They are pretty expensive, more expensive than St. George Car Wash on Bluff St. By about $7. This last time they scratched the crap out of our hood on our new truck. Will go back to St. George Car wash where I've gone for years. They are always consistant in their work. Too bad. I was really hoping this car was would stand up. I drive by and its always slow. A little disappointed actually...So the workers do a great job when I get a full service car wash. My car feels and smells so clean and I can tell they really took time to do a very thorough job! However, I've noticed some things that slow down the process of my visit. Now, I don't mind waiting several minutes for my car to get but when I see a few of the employees redoing things more than 2x, I get a little confused. I mean, if someone missed a spot, then I'm all for it! But when several people are working on my small sedan's windows or tires again after a person or two already did it, I get a little more frustrated while waiting. Got a coupon for a free car wash in the mail and was absolutely thrilled with the level of service and courtesy. There are a few other carwashes in town that have a bunch of teenagers working there, but this particular group of teenagers seemed to really take pride in their work and enjoy what they do. They were attentive, meticulous, and very happy to be doing their jobs, which you don't see often with almost any employees anymore. So I paid for the $36 inside and out car wash and they had me in and out within 10 minutes. I don't normally complain but I just couldn't with that kind of money spent on a car wash. I went and got a girl and pointing out about 6 things that make me feel like they didn't do a good job. She completely agreed that the job was unexpectable and fixed it. I came back an hour later to pick it up and she still wasn't done.. I told her it looked fine and she said to come back later.. Maybe another hour later(maybe more!) I come back and she is still working on my car! She did such an incredible job I tipped her $20 bucks. It honestly looked better then when I bought it. She impressed me so much I will never go elsewhere. Taylor is incredible and such a hard worker.. They need more employees like her! She is out did my expectations 10 folds! They have forever earned my service for as long as I live in St. George! We will take all 5 of our cars there and highly recommend this place to whoever we talk to! if you want to get a good car wash don't go here! Over priced! You pay extra to get the inside of your car clean and extra for them to clean the inside of your doors. Not worth the money.
