The universe knew exactly what it was doing sending me back to the starting line. I've lost my way again. I indeed forgot how to calm my mind and body. It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. I do agree because if one session can bring peace to my life imagine what monthly sessions could do for my health and healing. My goal is to be more consistent in reiki healings this year so that I can be the best version of myself. I can't wait to book my next session and continue to work on healing. So if you are on the fence, do it. Book the appointment and get started on your healing journey.

I worked with Kori for a while since she stepped in as the interim Controller for a non profit organization in Orange County. She managed the day to day, weekly and monthly closing tasks while simultaneously working on multiple audit requests in this role. I have heard nothing but amazing things about Kori and every time she stepped into the office, everyone felt a sense of relief because they knew she would get the job done (including my self!). Kori is an incredible person to work with and she is always so well organized. One of her many strengths that I noticed, and was so grateful for, is she knows how to thoroughly explain, walkthrough and provide examples of complex processes while making it easy to comprehend and really see the bigger picture of what you want to achieve. Aside from her sincere work ethic, she is very intelligent and a delightful person to be around. If there's one thing I can promise you from Kori, it's that she will get the job done and you will be so glad you crossed paths with her. Her value is truly one of a kind. Korina was hired during a challenging transition after our Accounting Controller left, and her…read moreimpact was immediate. She stepped in seamlessly--the department didn't miss a beat, and the department began running even more smoothly. She has a strong ability to evaluate existing workflows and make strategic improvements. By refining processes and introducing new procedures, she helped our team work more effectively and efficiently. One of Korina's key contributions was implementing Asana, which significantly improved our communication, organization, and task tracking. As a result, responsibilities were clearly defined, deadlines were easier to meet, and our monthly close process became much more streamlined. These efficiency gains created a more sustainable workload for the team, which reduced the need for staff overtime. Beyond operations, Korina is an exceptional trainer--detail-oriented, patient, and highly knowledgeable. She successfully trained staff across all roles and played a critical part in onboarding and supporting our new Accounting Controller when that position was filled. She is also very easy to get along with, bringing a positive and collaborative energy to the team. Her professionalism, organization, and leadership made a lasting impact on our team. I would highly recommend Korina to any organization aiming to strengthen productivity, efficiency, and overall operations.

My healing there was jumpstarted by having Katie as my case manager, and by the groups that she facilitated that brought up very important discussions that other facilitators did not. I got to talk with my peers about things that I thought i carried alone for my whole life. Katie encouraged me to share my story when i had been so hesitant before, and the response i got from others in the program was profound and very helpful. My time in Katie's office and in her facilitated sessions were a tremendous help to me and i will miss going back so badly. My therapist Leah was absolutely wonderful - she also encouraged me to share my story and was wonderfully supportive through my time at OCR. I also very much enjoyed the sessions that she facilitated. She helped me with some impossibly difficult events currently happening in my life and showed deep care and concern and willingness to help. Anthony was also very kind and caring, when he had no obligation to be. One thing left me wanting though. We were regularly asked for feedback from OCR as to what we'd like to see changed and i never saw OCR take any of our responses to heart. The Women's Group session hosted by Jenna was one of my favorite parts of the week (she is amazing). I regularly asked to have women's group more than once a week. So did many of the women in session with me. Never happened. Multiple patients and i also asked for time to break off into smaller discussion groups, as the "lecture" classes can get tedious. We benefited so much more from more intimidate discussion. I voiced this at least twice when asked directly what i'd like to see changed, and the others in the session agreed that they'd like to see those changes, and nothing ever came of it.
