That said, this group does a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. We've dealt with mom and pop lawn care guys as well as high end landscape design companies who ignored phone calls and emails after a few service visits. No reason given. Just disappeared. This is not only unprofessional; it's weird. If you're busy and can't make a scheduled visit or have some other issue, most customers will understand, but no communication is just unacceptable. No other business could operate this way and stay in business. Collins has the right idea and hopefully his business will continue to shine a bright light on an otherwise unimpressive landscape.
