The fee was $65 for a basic puppy cut, excluding head, ears and tail, but included a cute little cloth scarf. Although this seems a bit high, I'm not sure what the going rate is. They were friendly and caring when I called for appointment and worked me in early due to a cancellation. We plan to return on an as needed basis.

Paws Mahal took precautions on the front end with us, sent us a video of the outdoor parameter to make us feel better about our pup staying there. They send us videos and daily updates, and our dog LOVES going there! She's a pretty shy dog around people but just lights up when she sees the staff she gets so excited and I feel so comfortable leaving her in their care. They've been exceptional!

He had to have a little snip snip done because he was coming of age. When I picked him up he was glued, not stitched, and Dr. Boyd said one of his tentacles did not descend and he just couldn't find it. Which makes the poor cat kind of annoying, caterwauling all the time. That night the clue didn't hold and there was blood everywhere and a huge hole in his tummy. My daughter was bawling. I took him back to Dr. Boyd the next day and not only did they charge me for another visit, especially since his surgery was way more overpriced than what I am used to paying, he acted like it wasn't important and just said give him these antibiotics, he will be fine. And charged me more for that. He acted like it was our fault the glue failed, but the kitty had a large collar on and no one else was messing with his incision. The cat was lethargic for almost a week. We didn't think he was going to make it, but he pulled through. Now we drive all the way to Stuttgart to Dr. Hinkle. Best veterinarian in Arkansas!!!

Since he retired, Dr. Brian Barron has taken over ownership of the clinic. I have found their vets. to be superior in all aspects of their care. Knowledge of current state and treatment of acute animal illnesses, as well as management of chronic conditions, e.g. My senior dog had severe arthritis in her spine. Dr. Barron, my vet, recommended weekly laser treatments to her back to reduce pain and inflammation. She responded very positively to the treatments. Dr. Barron heads the clinic, & has 2 Associate veterinarians that work with him. They are thorough in their examination of your pets, kind & considerate, explain steps of the treatment plan to you clearly, are not rushed when they are examining your pet, & honest in their responses to your questions. Office staff are polite, friendly, professional, and efficient. They clinic moved to its current location late last year. The new clinic on Kanis Rd is bigger & more spacious than previous location. Has a large waiting room for patients, has more exam rooms, and plenty of free parking. Clinic offers boarding and grooming. It may cost slightly more than other clinics, but the confidence and trust you feel in the care of your pet is worth the expense

The animals are all in one loud, concrete room that looks like it used to be a car garage. My mom's two-pound terrier was scared from all of the barking. This may be a good spot for large dogs, but I wouldn't recommend it for smaller ones who get nervous easily or owners who are afraid their dogs might get swiped. The dogs were not in a secure place. They are right up front when you walk in. I can imagine a crazy person walking away with one of these smaller dogs easily. That's a worst case scenario, but still, you don't want to leave your dog with a groomer and be worrying that it's even a possibility. Pricing was great, groom job was average. Choose this spot if you're looking for a great deal and have a low expectation of what the experience will be like for your dog.
