They were excellent on the first move Battersea to Battersea although they crashed into my new neighbours car and never told us and the entire street was waiting for us to apologise until we were told about it.... The second move started off very well but we discovered much later that they had somehow thrown out all our Christmas Decorations (many of them inheirited). We were so upset. It was too late to claim for insurance but we told them very nicely so that they would be more careful in the future. The decorations were very light and wrapped by us in newspaper but they must have done it in the huge rush to leave the property which always happens in removals. A couple of keys that belonged to a corner cupboard were also never found. When we - nicely - told them about the decorations as my husband was absolutely shattered as they had come from his dead mother we received the rudest email that it would be possible to write. So use with caution. If you get the right team they are great but number all the boxes yourself if possible and you will need more than one person with you when they unpack and clear up.
