FYI: it is cash only. I will definitely go back to follow up on some needed repairs! Also, I am confident it is family owned and black owned, both of which are important to me. They also washed and vacuumed the car (and with the amount of dog hair in my vehicle that was no small feat!!!). I will return and recommend them to anyone!

The tech was one of the friendliest people I've dealt with. He didn't just fix the problem, he walked me through what he was doing and why, and I came away understanding my rig a lot better. After a few stressful days of figuring out what to do next, that meant a lot. He also gave me some great local tips for the rest of my trip that made it a lot more fun. When he arrived in a beat up white van he began to upsell me and began taking pictures of my RV roof and told me I needed to repair it immediately. He then spent 10 min checking my air conditioner and with really bad acting claimed my air conditioner was getting ready to go out and I needed to replace the entire unit. Long story short I didn't trust Mr. Peanut and got a second opinion and it turned out there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner. Don't use this guy, total ripoff. He charged me $130.00 for the visit.

Long story short, I went to Intensive Care. I met with Alex and left feeling confident I was dealing with a knowledgeable place. They run a clean shop and hey, they were working on a Bentley. I was prepared to hear I needed a new engine. All of the engine problems were fixed. Completely; for $320.00. Here is the funny part. I could not help but notice that the dealer had a few cars parked in front of the shop. Maybe they are now taking their inventory to Intensive Care. They need all the word of mouth they can get and I'm delighted to put my two cents' worth in. The work is excellent and the rates are fair.
