My 1st time here a couple of years ago I came for a renewal, it was a hundred bucks for the card and about $90 for the process. A bit steep but fair, considering it only takes about 15-20 minutes total for the process. Skip ahead a couple of years, and it's time for another renewal. Same process, but now the cost is still $100 for OMMA, but these clods jacked their price to $199. For the EXACT same process as two years ago. Folks working are nice and seem competent. But there are many other places that provide the same service for much less. When you see the price of $199 its easy to presume it's $100 for the card and $99 for the process but it is not. A definite NO-GO for a card renewal.

It is a huge place with a huge selection of every type of medical marijuana product that you could possibly want. The staff is well trained and very professional. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. My bud tender Carlos was outstanding. He is great with customer service. They even gave me a 40% discount for being a first-time customer with them. I will certainly be going in the future for more medical products.
