A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there! I followed up with my PCP who referred me to Dr. Dellacono. It took over a month to get an appointment. I make it to the appointment spent about 4-5 minutes with the Doctor who gave me more antibiotics and steroids. Wanted to refer me to a neurologist for an ear issue ??? This is what they do if the problem isn't glowing on a CAT scan or they just don't care they pass you along? I am tired of it. How can you leave somebody in so much pain especially when I have been a patient for over 20 years. So disappointed. I will never go back, thankfully.

Not gonna lie, I was truly disappointed with the way things went - and that's why I chose to go elsewhere for anything related to ear, nose, and throat. My ENT physician's name is Dr. Bruno Cardoso. He's affiliated with Yale New Haven Health Department of Otolaryngology and also works for Yale University Health Services. From day one, I've been truly amazed at how well maintained this office is. The staff are all so kind and welcoming. An absolute judgement-free I must say! Dr. Cardoso is very knowledgeable and helps me understand what is going on. He is very thorough, does not rush, and always takes the time to listen to his patients. Mind you, I am on the autism spectrum and Dr. Cardoso treats me the way anyone should be treated- regardless of their differences. I wish I knew about this office and Dr. Cardoso sooner, so then that way I did not have to deal with someone else who does not seem to care about his patients. One of the absolute best decisions I've ever made was making the switch from an ENT physician in Madison over to Dr. Cardoso! He's highly intelligent and always ensures that I receive the best course of care. Never once have I ever been pressured into any kind of treatment that I'm not comfortable with.
