Now , I know it's not their job to find out if i'm covered but I did present them with an insurance card before I got service. As far as I know and has always been my experience in the past, I pay my copay and that's it. Two or three weeks or perhaps a little longer , I received another bill. I just called the billing Department , and they couldn't be bothered to answer my call. The phone answers Billing Department and that's it. With a deal like that , I have zero confidence in this business.

I tend to bruise very easily, I've had some black& blues before, from previous doctors, almost every time I had botox injections. This was the FIRST time I didn't bruise when getting my Botox done. He has a very gentle approach, yet aggressive enough touch, to get rid of those pesky lines. Let me not forget to mention, the perfect symmetry he nailed on my first time seeing him. Their was no need for a touch up (usually 7-14 days after injections). Both sides were perfectly twinning. Ha! He did a beautiful job on lip fillers on a friend of mine! Not gonna lie, I was truly disappointed with the way things went - and that's why I chose to go elsewhere for anything related to ear, nose, and throat. My ENT physician's name is Dr. Bruno Cardoso. He's affiliated with Yale New Haven Health Department of Otolaryngology and also works for Yale University Health Services. From day one, I've been truly amazed at how well maintained this office is. The staff are all so kind and welcoming. An absolute judgement-free I must say! Dr. Cardoso is very knowledgeable and helps me understand what is going on. He is very thorough, does not rush, and always takes the time to listen to his patients. Mind you, I am on the autism spectrum and Dr. Cardoso treats me the way anyone should be treated- regardless of their differences. I wish I knew about this office and Dr. Cardoso sooner, so then that way I did not have to deal with someone else who does not seem to care about his patients. One of the absolute best decisions I've ever made was making the switch from an ENT physician in Madison over to Dr. Cardoso! He's highly intelligent and always ensures that I receive the best course of care. Never once have I ever been pressured into any kind of treatment that I'm not comfortable with.
