They are not bankers in it just to make a fast buck, but are Christians too who have a heart that help the little folks out! Ronnie Sacks, the bank president is an outstanding gentleman both in banking and in real life. Helpful, courteous and always willing to help if he can. If you're looking for a bank with big city features but a down home country first name basis attitude this is the place. Their staff is always ready to go that " extra mile" to see that you are happy. Their interest rates on CD's are some of the best in Texas, just google it. Was told by the impolite young brunette teller that unless I had an account, I was not going to get any of the $5, $10, and $20 bills in her cash drawer. Then she looked at the next customer in line and said "NEXT". How lovely. Drove down to the Fayetteville Bank and was treated respectfully where my $100 bills were exchanged for smaller bills that I could spend in beautiful La Grange.

These people have the worst customer service! They have their nose stuck up so high in the air,…read morelike they're crap don't stink! I have never been treated more rudely by a bank manager than I did today! And I'm an accountant so I've dealt with a lot of banks. I went in to open an account and was requesting a little cash back with a somewhat large check that was drawn on the US Treasury. They wouldn't give me ANY cash back and said they would have to place a hold from 9 to 11 business days on the check and when I said " it's a US TREASURY CHECK, not like it's going to bounce!" The branch manager then retorted " it could happen, happens all the time ". I then realized he was insinuating i was some kind of criminal or something! As he glared at me with his arms folded and all puffed up, I asked him why he was looking at me like that! I then walked out! I then went to RBFCU and they were more than accommodating with my request! I will now be moving ALL MY ACCOUNTS to RBFCU! The nice lady that helped me got me all squared away. I look forward to doing business with RBFCU in the future!
