I'd made my appointment and registered my insurance using their website - very easy! I was pleasantly greeted by their front desk staff upon entering and the hygienist (Alaina) ushered me In after a very short wait. Alaina took extra time to explain in detail what she was about to do and the procedures, equipment and substances she was using to X-ray and painlessly clean my teeth. In addition, she indicated where she saw problems, recommended corrective procedures, and verified my insurance coverage. Dr. Singh examined my teeth after cleaning, thoroughly explaining the what, why of my dental situation and recommended protective procedures. After accepting her findings and recommendations, I scheduled a follow-up appointment and my wife will schedule also.

The equipment seemed really new and top of the line and they had a nice big tv in front of the actual dental chair for me to watch while waiting/getting worked on. The dentist was super friendly, and gave me sunglasses to put on in case the dental spotlight was too bright. I loved the staff environment, lot of smiles and felt very at ease (given I generally hate going to the dentist. Not sure the names of all the dentists, but I had Dr. Armentrout and she was great. She was very professional, but also fun to talk to and clearly is very passionate about dentistry (I don't know all the proper dental terms). First the dental assistant did some investigative work in my mouth and then Dr. Armentrout came in for the heavy cleaning. I made a joke about fish given her last name and she didn't ban me for my horrible joke, so that was cool too. I also came back to get some old cavity crown replaced (again I don't know the official dental terms :). Anyways, prob one of the best dental offices I've been to and wish I had this place around when I was a kid. My teeth are doing fantastic and look great. On my way out I asked for a sticker even though I'm an adult and the front staff made no judgements of my weird request and gave me a pretty cool sticker. 5 of 5 stars and my mouth feels like a brand new Tesla (the high-end model). I originally did my research about this place and I saw some issues with billing but it seemed like a one off but unfortunately I fell victim to it. I have had multiple conversations with staff about the billing with insurance and specific charges that they talked through during the consultation and every conversation was different. I had to end up calling my dental insurance and explaining the situation to have it resolved back and forth almost 6 months later. Truly ridiculous. Save some headache and find a different place!

The gums around the crown were dark maroon/black in places. A different dentist, who is no longer here, caught the infection the year prior. It was on my records, and the referral to a specialist AND the specialist's results, should have been on top/most recent entries in my medical history. I went through the ENTIRE cleaning with hygienist and Dr. Barekzi, not a word mentioned, and when I asked about it afterwards, they both looked at me like I was crazy. They repeatedly said "There is no infection, you're fine, nothing's wrong." The gum around my infected tooth was dark maroon in several places. Their own practice had sent me to a specialist the previous visit. They did not even read my chart, and I guess they performed the entire cleaning with their eyes closed? Do NOT come here.

I have a severe dental phobia and haven't been to the dentist in about a year and a half, so I…read morehorribly dreaded this appointment. But since the reviews were so good, I decided to give this doctor a go. Dr. Zarrinfar was very kind - I saw him in Ranson and the location was clean and tidy. His colleagues are also very nice. However, Dr. Zarrinfar determined I needed hard plaque removed from my teeth, so I allowed him to do so. This process was some of the worst pain I have ever felt at the dentist, and I can confidently say that he was not gentle with my teeth. It was certainly not a procedure he should have done without novocaine. He also let the pick/tool (ejecting with water) he was using in my mouth get so hot that it burned the skin on my lip, leaving a mark. It took about 4 minutes for it to cool down enough to be useable after how hot it had gotten. Afterward, he told me I would need to come back in 4 weeks to have more plaque removed, as well as get several cavities filled. I told him that what I had just experienced was painful, and that because of my anxiety (specifically around needles), I'd prefer if he would provide nitrous oxide for my next appointment. He told me he would not do that, and simply 'does not accommodate' patients with anxiety. He said he could refer me to a pediatric dentist if I wanted (I am a full adult). Every doctor retains their right to deny care, but I was very upset when I learned I would have to find a new dentist because of where I live being rather desolate. Overall, I could've definitely had a better experience. I am not sure of the reason why Dr. Zarrinfar refuses to provide mild sedation to patients with anxiety, but that will be the reason I don't return. However, if sedation is not something you worry about, I could recommend trying this dentist. The previous good reviews give me hope that the tool/pick error was a mechanical mistake. But not sure.

I have sensitive teeth, Dr. Whitman and her assistant used such care my teeth were not sensitive at all. Dr. Whitman is a doctor that cares about her patients. --Dr. Whitman took time to explain what my option were for future dental work but did not pressure me to decide right away. (Invisalign or Braces) --I also got a whitening treatment. Wow what a difference that made between my teeth cleaning and the whitening. I have a new smile. --My husband agreed this was the best dentist we have had and will be looking forward for our next visit. I would never say that in the past. --Not a reason to see a dentist but I love the art work in this office. I was in the first room, I found something new in the painting the more I looked at it. Dental Office followed all safety procedures for Covid. --Everything was cleaned before I arrived. --My husband and I were the only patients in the office. --Everyone hand sanitized before touching anything. --Our temperature was taken. --Office staff had N95 mask on the whole visit, plus other protective gear. The scheduling is constantly changed. On multiple occasions I've shown up for my appointment, just to find out it was rescheduled or changed without notice.
