ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! In January 2020, our insurance company sent ServPro to our residence to dry…read moreand remove our flooring due to water damage. ServPro brought 20 really loud air blowers and 2 extremely large dehumidifiers to our home. Mind you, I work nights and sleep during the day, so I had to stay in a hotel because of the noise level of this equipment. After a week of them drying our floor, they decided they would remove the flooring. They rented a machine from a company in Louisiana to help remove our engineered hardwood flooring. They brought the machine to our home and the cord to plug it in had no prongs to go into the outlet...that's # 1. They called the rental company and the manager said he would come to our home and fix the cord the next morning and he did. ServPro then begins trying to remove the flooring with a blade that was 5 times smaller than what they really needed...that's # 2. They replaced the small blade with one of their own, but there was no way to screw or secure their blade to the machine because, guess what??? The blade kept sliding out of the machine because the blade doesn't fit!!! That's right...the machine came with the blade that actually fits it and there is no alternative, other than getting a machine that was actually suitable for the job they were doing...but I guess cheaper is better if you're trying to make $$$...that's # 3. Finally, after realizing they are about to be penalized for taking too long because they are almost 2 weeks into the process and have basically done nothing but stored their equipment at our home for free and made a bigger mess of our floor, Adam says to my husband, "we can't get this flooring up...we're going to have to cancel this work order"....that's # 4. My husband commenced to go on a rampage about them lying to us and our insurance company and charging our insurance for a job they knew could not complete. So we called our insurance company and they said we can call a REAL flooring company to remove and reinstall our flooring. So Adam decides to give us his personal recommendation...get our of our home Adam! Adam with ServPro left our floors with huge patches cut out until we could get a REAL FLOORING COMPANY to come and fix their screw up! I included pictures just to give you a live visual of the mess they made. We felt better with our floors buckling and still intact rather than these ridiculously huge spots they left cut out exposing the concrete foundation! Thank you ServPro for the worst job anyone could have possibly done!!!
