He has provided me with a lot of information and great advice as a property owner, however, it was not "free legal advice" as I am not a stripper, and he is not a prostitute. Overall, Justin is knowledgeable, personable, responsive and really can "sheik" things up for you if you have landlord/tenant issues. Heads up - he absolutely will NOT take "boob money" when you hire him to save "yurbooti", so pull yourself together and make sure you understand his payment terms. He said he sent a review of the lease in writing, and he sent the lease back, but the notes included were blank. We set up a time for a phone consultation. We sent him a google calendar link to confirm, he never answered. At the appointed time he was not there. He called later and said why wern't we their. We ask for a $300 refund (not much money for a lawyer) and he refused. He had more energy in fighting the refund than he did is helping my son and daughter in law reviewing the business lease.
