Wayne Snyder did an excellent job cleaning the windows at my home yesterday!…read moreHe took the time and was very thorough in cleaning the 4 panes and one screen in each of the 17 double-hung windows (with combination storm windows) that I had Wayne make sparkle again! This is no easy task, as I have done them in the past and it typically takes me a few hours or more a day, over a long weekend because it is very tedious work. Wayne came recommended from a client of mine so I knew that he would be professional and do good work. I was pleased to also find that he is a very nice guy too and someone you can definitely trust to have in your home. It is true that you don't know how dirty your windows are until you see them clean again. It's amazing how clear they are now, and eventhough I'm still looking at snow as I type this review, it's crystal clear snow and will look even better soon enough, once spring is in full bloom! I highly recommend Wayne's Window Washing and I plan to refer him to all of my clients, because I can think of about a hundred things I would rather be doing than cleaning my windows. It's easy when you just call Wayne to take care of it. Thanks again Wayne! - Nick Archer - South Minneapolis

I requested our property manager to have WOH come back and clean up excessive lint on my and my neighbor's roof. Property manager reported he could not "get a hold of anyone" at the company. I finally called the company directly and spoke to Ann/Anna? and left a message for the owner to call me. That phone call to the company was answered on the second ring. So I might conclude the property manager at my association never made an attempt to contact WOH. After no response to my phone call directly to the business, I wrote my original YELP review. Truth be told, owner of WOH states he was never contacted by the management company. NOT SURPRISED BY THAT! I saw the owner posted a note on my original Yelp review yesterday. We have now spoken by phone and he has committed to make things right. Thank you Eric for the follow up . Messages do sometimes get missed. Thank you for your response and sorry that our management company may not have been truthful about having made the follow up request.

Their technician, Natalie, came out and did excellent work. She was faster than expected, figured out several broken/stuck windows or screens, and had the office adjust our pricing when she realized we had less storm windows than they knew when giving us a quote. Talk about great value and ethical business practices! We would use WOH again, and would absolutely request Natalie!

Exceptional Window Cleaning Service!…read more We recently hired Platinum Tier Cleaning to clean both the inside and outside of our windows, including the screens, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! They are highly professional, and our windows now look like new -- no small feat, considering we hadn't had the second-story windows cleaned in quite a while. From start to finish, their communication was prompt and clear, and they arrived right on time. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially given the complexity of our windows, which feature upper grills both inside and out. We are already planning to reach out to them again in the spring for another round of cleaning. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for thorough, reliable, and reasonably priced window cleaning!

We got our exterior windows cleaned today and they are absolutely sparkling!…read more I appreciated how the team followed up, since some time passed between when I first asked for a quote and when I booked. They stayed top of mind and that's what ended up making the difference! The team member arrived behind the provided schedule, but wasn't a problem. Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. It would be great to have the onsite team member get our contact info. He was quick, efficient and professional - and the windows look amazing! We were long overdue and now are excited to be able to clearly see out. Makes the house feel so clean!

Mike is a terrific communicator and responded very quickly to my request for a quote. As relatively new homeowners, it can be stressful to find companies that are trustworthy and reliable. Mike is the best person we have found so far in 3 years. Meeting him was a pleasure--he was very kind, honest, and open to our questions, and ended up giving us the most reasonable quote we received with the longest warranty. His crew came out soon afterwards and were also friendly, considerate, and professional. Our new gutters are much better than the ones we had before. They also look great and even match our house perfectly. The service we received from Gutters Direct was exceptional in every way. This is a company committed to quality, integrity, great customer service, and value, a combination that every homeowner wants and is increasingly hard to find. Too bad we can't hire them to do everything else we need for the house.
