The quality of his workmanship far excedeeded my expectations, as he installed the best high-end quality brass valves, copper pipe, and pressure regulator at the expense of smaller profit margin on his end. I had a massive leak that catapulted my water bill to $701.16 from the typical $36-$38. After William identified the cause as excessive high pressure via pressure testing (which no other plumber had ever done - water pressure was 105 psi instead of the typical 70 psi), William even went out of his way to adjust downward the cost of the repair after I had explained my financial hardship. I know from other plumbers that the cost of this repair would have approached $2000, but William offered his service at half of that amount.
