I always enjoy stopping at this Ross location because it's in the mall! You can enter and exit the mall through the Ross, which is nice if you're wanting to do more shopping. They had a big swimsuit selection already for summer! Great prices with some nice clearance. And the cashier was quick. read more

The staff was just amazing. They helped me find LITERALLY EVERYTHING I was looking for on my Christmas list. Anna the lady at the register, was so nice. The person in front of me had their arm in a sleeve and she asked if they would like someone to help them with loading the chair that they just purchased. She kept a smile on her face and worked hard. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!!! Of course all of them deserve a raise working through this pandemic. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ROSS!!!! read more

I am a huge fan of Ross and particularly fond of this specific store. I live in Tulsa and visit Shawnee often and when we are in town we make sure to stop by Ross. Even with Tulsa having multiple locations, this is by far my favorite store. The location is clean and they always have the best selection of merchandise. Not to mention the variety of merchandise and quality of merchandise is excellent. Highly recommend this store! read more

Always the cleanest store. Employees are friendly always. Just FYI for John B. They are a discount store with prices already discounted. Corporate does not allow items to be further discounted if they are not damaged. You may try Goodwill, they may be more in your budget. read more

The selection was good and the store was well stocked but the staff I guess my $$$ wasn't good enough because all 3 of the employees on duty did speak to me. This place was SUPER DISRESPECTFUL when it came to the entire experience!…read more I was there to get two Presidential Moonrock Prerolls, a paying customer and when asked if I could use the restroom they treated me like a homeless person! Instead of telling me I was against their rules they instead treated me like garbage for no reason. I know the owner Ron Cunningham from previous endeavors and when I reached out to him he Dismissed me like he didn't even care his and his employees banned me from ever buying from there!!!! I just had to use the bathroom. I wasn't trying to rob the place but they acted as if I was going to. The owner doesn't care. He says he's gonna fix a problem and instead he banned me from the store. Would not recommend coming here, you overpay and then if you use your debit card, you have to pay like $3.50 on top of whatever your bank pays. They round it to the next $5.00 increment !! It's highway robbery a $10 item turns into a $17-$20 item. I don't know how they're still in business. Don't go there if you don't have to. The only reason they got a one star rating is cause I have to give them at least one start to submit my review. They don't deserve any stars.
