I was worried about the return policy and the clothes being "poorly" made and the staff being unfriendly. I had NONE of those problems. After admiring their clothes time and time again, I finally decided I was just going to go for it and buy a few things - if I was out $100 then whatever. Since that initial purchase, I seriously buy from Blue Door almost weekly. They make their return policy MORE than well known and to me, I could care less that I only get store credit because it gets used on a new purchase within a day or two of getting the store credit refunded to me. I haven't had any issues with the clothes being of poor quality and almost every time that I wear an outfit from this store I get a compliment. I've been sending so many people their way! I'm from Maryland so I don't have any personal experience with the actual store, but when I call everyone is very courteous and respectful. My one girlfriend lived in Columbus for awhile and said that she went in for an outfit for a wedding and that they were the most helpful and pleasant people she ever worked with! She walked out with an adorable outfit that the staff put together for her! If you're on the fence about this place - PLEASE disregard the poor reviews and GO! The only regret I have is not buying from them sooner!! I was able to ship returns from two separate orders together and they only charged one label fee which I appreciated. The items are shipped promptly and wrapped beautifully. I would say their items run on the large size, simply pay attention to the materials and if they have stretch. Overall, I love their store from Texas, wish we had one here.

There were several people in line so I was prepared to wait. There was a white woman in line ahead of me we both waited about 20 minutes before being helped. The employee apologized to the white woman ahead of me for having to wait so long. When I got to the counter there was no apology or anything of the sort she was very haughty like I was bothering her. She didn't say hello I had to greet her only after I said thank you did she say anything. My money spends equally to the white woman's. Their selection was wonderful. Their staff are outstanding and know every detail about the designers, fit, fabrics, etc. The store itself has a wonderful location. It is clean and organized and isn't overwhelming upon first site as you walk in. I not only found my dress at this amazing shop, but it was a discontinued dress that was offered at a discounted price, making it fall within my tight budget constraints.
