I prefer to hire people who are paying attention to their own accounts as he did. Joe is charming and reassuring. Over the phone, he explained everything he would need from me and told me what to expect from him. He shared how he would help, providing best and worst case scenario. And a timeline. Joe moved away from California, but does return regularly as he's a Ducks fan and has season tickets. He may have been worth the price he quoted. I don't know. The two other quotes I got were more than 50% less than what he quoted. It does not make sense for me to pay 2x as much for somebody living in another state to do my taxes. I am writing this review because after and despite my explaining to him and his colleague why I would not be utilizing their services, I began receiving daily prompts to sign a contract. There was no contract when I let them know I would not be hiring them. Yet they sent it. It's seems shady to this old fart. The nerve!

That was last year and I have already gone through filing two years of taxes with their help, so I thought that this review is way overdue! I have engaged with a half-dozen individuals there, from the CEO to the receptionist, and they are all professional, friendly, and simply get the job done at a reasonable rate looking for ways to save you $$$ on taxes. I really can't recommend them enough. I know it might sound weird to find tax help on Yelp, but I am really glad I did and if you are in need of help, please give Nicole and team a call!

Before I found him, my…read moreexperience with another CPA was a complete nightmare--many things were done incorrectly, leaving me to fix them myself. I was kept in the dark, received little to no response, was given inaccurate information, and encountered several mistakes. It was incredibly stressful. I'm so grateful to have found Eddie. He is professional, responsive, and reliable--qualities that are extremely important to me. He answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly, and took the time to educate me on many aspects of managing an S-corp. I always felt informed and never forgotten. He stayed on top of payment schedules and got things done quickly and efficiently. I never felt lost or unsure throughout the process. Eddie is also very detail-oriented. He discovered a major oversight from the previous CPA--something I wasn't even aware of--and helped me correct it step by step. I was initially overwhelmed and stressed, but Eddie was patient, understanding, and even available during off-hours to guide me through it. Thanks to his help, everything on the business and accounting end has been corrected, and I finally feel like I'm on the right track. The accounting software he uses is also very efficient and allows me to upload everything in a well-organized manner. When dealing with so many numbers and accounts, that level of organization is a huge plus. I fully trust Eddie and highly recommend his services!
