But Sparkle does not charge by the hour but with a flat rate. So I paid a discounted price of $155 for what they call a standard cleaning. And believe me it was very standard. Anything they did I could've done myself. And they even missed some things like taking out my garbage cans. Plus, they didn't do some of the things listed, such as washing the cans inside and out. Three women came in and cleaned this standard cleaning and took 45 minutes. It was basically the mindset of the owner of how fast can we get a house cleaned for the most money. My major problem was the price I paid for the job that was done. The standard cleaning was very, very very basic and didn't include things I would've done if I was cleaning my own bathroom. And I'm not a good cleaner. I would not hire them again at all or recommend them.

I left general instructions for the girls and after they arrived 25 minutes late I specifically went over that I needed the house on point for the company I was expecting. I left, later in the day I checked our security system and they had left my home at 12:40, that was just over 2 hours.... I contacted their manager and was weary of the time spent at the house, she was very responsive and I appreciate that, no big deal, as long as they did everything. I get home and literally I can't express my frustration, they worked on half of the house, the only room vacuumed was the master, seriously the stuff that typically got done was untouched! I was baffled how paying for more time had left me with less done. I immediately called and sent pictures. In the company's defense they just issued me a full refund! But I was hit with the exact same conversation, " there wasn't enough time, your house is just too big and the fun one " your expectations are to high" what?!?! Heck yes, when I pay a professional service to clean my home Heaven forbid I EXPECT it done well. We agreed that we needed to go our separate ways, they couldn't meet expectations and I don't want to have to babysit someone to make sure they're actually being honest and working. Before you bash customers you should be sure you are in the right. My security camera in my living shows clips of your upstanding employees standing talking and on their phones for a considerable amount of time, this also might better explain the lack of completion of the giant list I had for them.
