They also sell vegetable plants, and other goodies in spring. If you want big juicy heirloom tomatoes or banana peppers this is the place to go! There are also often crafts and other items for sale as well, I got the cutest handmade scarf for fall while I was there. For those in the know, they also sell collector rocks, minerals, and seashells too! I know I am raving, but I love quaint places like this, especially because their prices are so good. PLEASE NOTE As this is a Mom and Pop operation it is best to call, email, or facebook before going if you are driving a long way. They are a little ways out there, but it is hard to miss all the day lilies in bloom when you drive past! They ship their flowers all around the US too, which I like as I can send them as gifts. Seriously worth checking out.

Sometimes we find other plant people don't return calls etc... We visited looking for a specific type of tree. They had exactly what we wanted. after talking to them we decided to order a larger version of the same tree. While talking with them they gave us advice on several problem plants that we have in our yard based on descriptions that we gave them. Based on their knowledge alone, this is a great place. A week later they called to say our tree was in... they tagged it as ours and we will be by to pick it up in a few days.

I also do not like buying my important vegetable plants at big box stores due to quality issues. So their web site is pretty decent. It is easy to use and easy to check out. I found the selection of tomato plants (actual plants not seeds) to be pretty good. Even better than my local place. So they got seeds and lots of vegetable plants to select from. I was a little dubious on how tomato plants would make it through UPS shipping. Well the box was well packed. Each plant (total of 5) was carefully individually wrapped. Plastic on the base to keep the soil in. Each plant was protected by individual cardboard packing. The soil was damp and not dried out. All five of my plants arrived in great shape and super healthy. Very happy with the web site, quality of the product, and the prices (even with shipping). Highly recommend.
