I even ordered my mum's Mother Day from you this year. She lives in Birmingham and she loved them. I even had a chance to see them 2 and half weeks after Mother's Day. The rooms were laid out exactly as requested and helped create a great ambience. My bouquet complemented my dress perfectly together with the bridesmaids bouquets, fresh flowers for the hair, the thank you bouquets and the buttonholes for the rest of the wedding party. I had ordered purple, blue and white coloured flowers in a vintage looking watering tin and what they delivered was a cheap looking aluminum watering tin with a tacky looking "happy birthday" sticker slapped on crooked with ugly pink flowers that looked like something I could have bought at the supermarket but I let that go with them. Then I ordered from them for Mother's Day with delivery scheduled for Mother's Day but they delivered on Saturday instead and again the flowers looked cheap and nothing like what I ordered. I contacted them about the fact that I had needed the flowers delivered on Mother's Day and that is what I had scheduled and that is what was on my confirmation but all they had to say to me is that I didn't pay them an extra £4, which I did not see anywhere...not on the website or on the confirmation, and made it out like I was cheap and that it was my fault. I would have absolutely paid whatever they wanted as I obviously wanted them delivered on Mother's day but they did not care at all. The phone is always answered promptly and from what I can gather by Brenda herself. Who ever she is the lady on the phone is always bubbly and talkative. She asks lots of wuestions to make sure she gets your order right. From different colours, flowers, styles, who will be getting the flowers and even what the persons decor is so they can try and match it. They do flowers to suit most budgets and the delivery charge was very reasonable. I have never had any complaints when I have sent people flowers from Brenda. The flowers average about a week to two weeks.
