From project review to quote to a finished job in a matter of days…read more Yesterday Rafael repaired water damage in a room ceiling for us. He arrived at the time the office said he would and was professional, polite, did a fabulous job, interacted with us and left a very clean work area. Everything one expects from a service but doesn't always receive. The office did a very good job of keeping us informed of the schedule and his arrival. The next time we need dry wall work done we will only make one call - Patch It Up - in our opinion, a very a responsive company.

This included a construction company that installed interior and exterior door as well as flooring. All did a great job. As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. He did a good job and the price was very reasonable.

I am removing two stars because I had asked this company to come back and skim coat my stairwell…read moreand paint. The owner said "no problem," will you write me a review for my previous service? I wrote him a 5 star review and then followed up several times regarding the stairwell. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company. I am loyal to small businesses in my community and I took the time to give this company the benefit of the doubt but I guess my job wasn't profitable enough, but he got his 5 star review.

Five stars is not enough for the work Procraft Design and Construction did on our home. I cannot…read moresing enough praises for the overall experience I had with Glen and his crew. We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! If you're nervous about hiring a contractor (and who isn't?), Procraft is the team that will restore your faith. We could not be happier and will absolutely be calling them for our next project.

Brian of Island Superior Home Improvements gave me a very detailed estimate which was a very good price for the work that needed to be done. The interaction was extremely profession during the process and he was able to start in a short period of time. Once he started, the work was uninterrupted and when issues were found that needed more work, he had a conversation with me first and gave me options. Then the cost of the additional repairs that were absolutely necessary, were extremely reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner and the deck looks GREAT. Brian and his employee was very responsible to keep me informed about every step of the process and the cleanup afterwards. I am looking forward to recommending Island Superior Home Improvements to any of my friends who need work done. (I already have). Great company to work with.
