During the meeting, I was asked questions such as whether I knew where my boss graduated from (yes, I do know - Harvard), and when I described my experience, the term "gaslighting" was met with visible skepticism rather than explored in a meaningful way. The overall approach felt dismissive and did not reflect a thoughtful assessment of my situation. I did not receive a clear analysis of potential legal claims or case value. I ultimately sought a second opinion with another attorney, which resulted in a $180,000 settlement. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to seek multiple perspectives before making decisions about representation.

Mr. Bailey is absolutely the best lawyer I've ever came across!…read moreHe fought tooth and nail to make sure I got the best possible outcome in my case, which was a dismissal for some serious charges. While other lawyers were asking for checks before fully understanding the case, Mr. Bailey took over an hour of his time to provide me with free consultation about my case. He then travelled to my home over an hour away to discuss the case with my family. He is very patient, very smart, very honest and very prompt. Despite having many clients and my cases much more serious than mine, he always responded to emails within minutes of Receiving them. I offer the highest possible recommendation for Mr. Bailey to represent anyone that requires a criminal defense attorney...He was always available for questions and answered all inquiries. He goes the distance for his client and explains everything in detail so even someone with absolutely no familiarity with the legal system could understand.
