Chips are cold and soggy and basically unsalted (I always ask for extra salt never happens) I honestly can't believe how messed up this KFC is. If it was a once off then you know, let it slide, everyone has a bad night, but these guys are consistently terrible. How is it possible that in this day and age, a fast food chain like McDonald's--known for its widespread cleanliness standards--could allow something so disgusting to happen? I'm no germaphobe, but the idea of rodents scurrying around in a place where food is being served is downright revolting. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely indifferent, as if rats were a regular part of the ambiance. Not one employee seemed bothered by the fact that this was happening. I was absolutely appalled. My appetite disappeared faster than that rat. I couldn't even finish my meal--I was too shaken. I've been a loyal customer of McDonald's for years, but I will NEVER set foot in this location again. The lack of basic hygiene and concern for public health is inexcusable. Do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY from this restaurant unless you want to risk eating in a place that is more "pet store" than "restaurant."
