It's a huge industrial looking building which can be a little intimidating but there are plenty of signs to help you in the right direction. Picking up packages is fuss-free, just hand over your collection card and id and you're good to go.

He wouldn't serve me no matter what, when in the time he was talking to me, he could've literally scanned my items and we're done. I was forced to carry my parcels and walk all the way back home for 15 minutes. Ridiculous service
