She recommended acupressure, which One also has in California. I agreed to acupressure massage but what I received was the hardest most painful massage I've ever had. I was sick for ten days after. My whole body hurt very badly. I could not communicate with the language barrier. I still have very painful shoulders. I never filled out any paperwork. They had no idea of all the joints I've had replaced not any of my health concerns. I will be returning to Norman. Be wary.

I can't believe this place has been open for a month and I pass by it everyday and didn't realize…read morethere was a massage place right in town. The decor is nice and rustic. They have a light storm playing as the background music. Currently only one massage therapist but I'm sure the busier they get they will get more. The prices are reasonable... Cheaper than the big cities. And even though it was a 45 min massage she didn't rush me and even went a little longer. So happy to have found this gem here in town. I wouldn't go to any of the sketchy ones in Lawton.... Last time drove all the way to Dallas.... If u are needing to pamper yourself or work some stress away, definitely worth giving bold creek spa a chance!

Very relaxed. I usually go to message Envy and have a gift card for a session, but they were booked…read moreup for another 2 weeks so I called to see if any slots were available. For a few days my lower back, ankles and feet have been bothering me really bad. Came in the inside it was clean. This was my first time, so filled out a pretty simple wavier. It cost $65 per the sign on the wall for an hour. I thought it was $55 when we spoke on the phone, but I was in the building and had cash. She started off doing a dry light message (no oils or lotions) for about 15 minutes, but it also felt like an alignment. It was a relaxation message, but the random TV commercials about medicines kind of kept knocking me out of my serenity moments. It was medium pressure, my body is really acting up, because I could barely roll over on the table. She did use oils, lotions and hot stones, that's when I could really feel the message and relax more. She was very nice. When it was time to go she asked me would I like to leave a tip. So at the end of it I paid $70.

Hello Altus!! I'm here from Cali visiting my daughter who recently had twins. I arrived early…read moreDecember and today found myself so unhappy with the grey that settled in and populating my head hair. Not being familiar with the salons in this area I went with the recommendation received from a couple of my daughters friends. Nervously I made the call to The Crop to arrange the appointment. Wow!! I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I could be seen. The receptionist said Sarah would be available for me within the hour. I quickly got ready and now feeling excited for my appointment. As I walked into the salon I was very pleased with the design of the salon. It is very clean and well decorated. I approached the receptionist and she greeted me with a very friendly smile and welcomed me to the salon. She referred me to Sarah and was escorted to her station. My appointment with Sarah went so well...she is such a kind person. Sarah took the time to listen to my request and asked pertinent questions. I showed her a couple of pictures that were examples of the style I was hoping for. After talking about the hair color and style I was wanting it was time to get started. My visit with Sarah went very well and I was extra pleased with the cut and color she created for me. Sarah did an excellent job and I would definitely return and recommend Sarah without any hesitation. Thank you Sarah!! I'm so very happy with today's visit. You are my official Altus, OK hairstylist
