5 of us came in to get pedicures without appointments & all 5 of us were put in the pedi chairs within a couple of minutes. It was not super busy, but not slow either so we were surprised with the quick service. The salon looks pretty much like every other nail salon, it's clean, & the staff are welcoming! Nancy & Ho were really a pleasure to be around! Very kind & attentive. My mother has had multiple surgeries on her feet & ankles so she has chronic pain issues & limited range of motion. Ho took his time, he was gentle, & continually asked if she was doing ok! We all were happy with our pedis & will continue to come here even though we have closer options! read more

They always pay very good attention to detail. My nails turn out great every time. My only thing is, service is VERY slow so only go if you have 2 hours to wait. Appointments get in faster than walk ins, especially because they do only have 2 on their staff. Overall though worth the wait for the service you get. read more

The man did such a great job, I am scared of trying different salons because they can never get my coffin nails right, but he made sure I liked the shape and the color. They're not very friendly, and they grind the gel polish off rather than soaking and scraping it off. They ground down the rest of my natural nail also. The reason I get the polished is so they will be healthier and grow, not to make them thin! Three days after I had them done with gel polish one started to peel off at the corner. They acted upset because I was there to get it fixed and told me I wasn't holding my thumb correctly under the light. He rushed through and it doesn't look good either! I won't be back. read more

A very good atmosphere, everyone was nice and had a good attitude. Very low on staff. The salon area is crowded; lots of things sitting around, mainly stray items. The tables look old and show lots of wear. Pedicure- The water was very very chilly, I had goose bumps. The chairs where nice, though you can not change the massage settings. Manicure- chairs where nice the table however was not clean. Showed lots of signs of damage. There was pieces of cut nail on the table as a say down, very unsanitary. read more

They do only have 2 people on staff, a husband and wife, so I recommend an appointment or going weekdays in the afternoon but I am always satisfied with my sets, fills, color and pedis. I'm writing cause when I went in a couple weeks ago I wanted a design I saw on Facebook, of course, lol. He totally nailed it, PUN intended haha. I've posted the pic, it's the Santa hat design. He is always chatty and very funny! Go here, you won't regret it! One reviewer said the pedi water was too cold, hello! I quit going there after having pedicures done twice that made my feet bleed and hurt like hell. The wife, Nancy, was very rough with my feet and said that it was my fault my feet were bleeding and hurting because I had ingrown toenails. I've never had my feet bleed anywhere else, so I knew better. Other salons are nice and will not leave you in pain read more

Terrible place! I was just there with my mother who mind you has had three strokes and her left hand truly has a mind of its own. The lady was so rude to my mother and shoved her hand into the machine that dries the gel nails! She was rude when we walked in and that was rude with my mom the whole time. I was sitting in the pedicure chair and I yelled at her twice to tell her my mom can't lay her hand flat. She then shoved my mom's hand in there and my mom pulled back and I got up out of the seat and said that is enough! We are leaving! I said my mother has had three strokes and you are very rude and we left! Don't ever go to this place! Horrible women who works in there! She should be ashamed of herself! I mean my goodness you have been closed for 3 months due to COVID-19 you would think they would be happy to have customers. I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! When my daughter and I first went in there the guy was really nice and talk-a-tive I asked for two colors and a design the guy didn't listen to me and chose my main color himself. When asked to change it he said no time and the design wouldn't of shown up on the dark color I told him no I wanted it on the light color. I have never been so disappointed by a salon. If there were a Zero rating, I would give it. I made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 6:00, and we arrived 5 minutes early. They seated us in our chairs then left to take care of the walk ins. We waited 35 minutes for someone to return and start doing my daughters pedicure, but noone ever showed up to do mine. So after an hour and 20 minutes, her feet are finally done but they are closing and all I got was a foot bath because they didn't do mine. However, they did finish up with all of the walk-in clients. So much for making an appointment. I am so frustrated. read more
