Becky does an amazing job with eyebrows and Todd does amazing with pedicures, you can't get a better one anywhere else. It is a little outdated but I can't see how that could be a complaint considering they are the cheapest place in the area. I've been coming here for years and they're a great team! read more

I asked for the 55.00 pedicure. The Lady put 3 Coats on big toe nails and only 1 on the rest. I day later its peeling off. Got waxed and really missed slot! Then got Mani. Which price board stared 15.00. She Charged Me 30.00. Total of 95.00 and My Fingernails are already coming off 1 day after it was done. Never again read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. For starters this nail salon was extremely outdated and disgusting. The man Doing my nails was walking around barefoot. He didn't give me an opportunity to pick out my color because he was rushing me (and there was no other customers inside). Another worker walked up to us and started screaming in my ear... They switched and now the woman started doing my nails. She was aggressive and kept pushing my arms out of her way. It was the worst manicure I've ever had. On top of it their prices don't match the prices on their wall. The woman checking me out decided to tell me its an extra $10 after charging my card. I left angry and disappointed. Just went here for a quick service because my car was getting serviced across the street. Just needed dip removed and a regular paint job. First the man was asleep and the woman yelled a lot at him. The he started peeling off the nails. I asked him to soak thEm which he did once the lady yelled again. He soaked about 4 mins the proceeded to start peeling them off again. I had to ask again to keep soaking so it wouldn't ruin my real nails. Once off the paint job was fair but I had to return in 30 mins because the polish wasn't dry and scrunched up. They are fixing it now, but the main is currently clipping his toe nails onto the floor while my nail is drying. I will not be back here. Good prices but I'm willing to pay a bit more for quality. read more

Best thing I can say is that the salon was clean. Visited this salon a few weeks ago while visiting my father.. During the week & made an appointment.. While there noticed appointments weren't really necessary. So.. This time no appointment. Just showed up, it was a Friday, all booths, maybe 10, full & 3 people working Told wait wouldn't be too long. After 30 min. sat at booth & after another 20 min. Without any service I Yelped for another & left. My time is also important to me. They started 2 other pedicures after I walked in....went just around the corner & much better! read more

Do not get waxed here. Went in for an eyebrow wax and they put me in a normal sitting chair. She yanked my neck back and I was painfully uncomfortable the whole time. I had to go home and pluck what she missed. Will not be returning. Nail salon in the mall is better and cheaper! read more

They only have two workers the wait is outrageously long. I got a few sets done here just for the fact that they were cheaper than most places. My nails were constantly breaking from the simplest tasks. This had never been a problem for me with any other nails salon I had been to. I finally got tired and went to another nail salon where they informed me I needed to get a whole new set bc the woman who ddI my nails didn't place them down well which can allow water to get under and cause fungus. Went about noon, got right in. Best pedicure I've had, and I've tried a few different places. They could have had a better way to remove the gel polish though, he took off most the top layer of my nail when he removed it. Great massages with mani & pedi. Polish job looks great. They didn't talk much, which I like. I've had people try and carry on full conversations, not my thing. I like to relax in peace, which is what they did. They also treated my 9-year-old with the the same respect as me; most places don't give her the full treatment but charge a crazy amount. Great prices and excellent service. I went into Rose Nails to get a Mani and pedi. They got me in right away, but the service was terrible!!! When doing my nails, the woman was very rough and did anot take her time. My finger bled. Then after she painted them, I was in the process of letting them dry when a guy staff pulled my hand from under the dryer rubbed my nails said "they're dry" and rushed me out the store. I got home and touched my nails and they were nowhere near dry and all of my polish came off of my nails!!! I paid for a good service and didn't get my money worth. They suck!!!!!!! read more

Long wait and rude technicians. One of the men who did my nails barked at me to leave when the drying process was over. The same man got into an argument with a patron during a pedicure. I can't fault the cost or the quality, but the atmosphere is terrible. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This lady is as rude as can be. She jerked my arms and fingers around so much and got acrylic all over the skin around my nails. She painted two coats on my nails, and it looked like she barely put a clear coat on. Not to mention there were hairs in my nail polish once they were dried. I asked for my money back because of the terrible service, and right away she grabbed my hand without even asking and started re-doing my nails! They looked even worse the second time! She refused to even give me my tip back, and then told me if I'm gonna get that mad about it that I should just call the police. Also, while I got up to wash my hands off the second time she was doing my nails, she started talking trash about me to the woman sitting next to me! These people are incredibly rude and I could honestly do a better job at home on my own. So upsetting when I barely ever get my nails done and then when I do I get treated like this. Extremely poor customer service. read more
