The introduction text was generic and friendly. When I went to book with Stacy I asked about how long she had been doing liner. I also asked for some pictures of her past work. She responded she had gotten a new phone and couldn't produce any pictures of her previous work. Then text me to contact her when I had finished my homework. I was asking valid questions that I would ask or research on a product or service. I would expect most people to get tattoos, which are permanent, and would like to see the artist work. Especially someone putting a tattoo on your face. I'm not saying Triple AAA parlor is bad, but Stacy was very rude, off-putting, and not customer oriented. I attached pictures of the conversation. This is how Stacy addresses new/potential clients if they ask questions or for pictures of work. If Triple AAA had a Facebook page with pictures or pictures on their website, I wouldn't have had to ask.

So I called for an appointment several times & left messages. I never received a call back. I finally wrote an email and the owner told me to make an appointment online. Went to my appointment. BUT when we were done, they would not honor the gift certificate. So I had to pay for the service my husband thought was a gift. To me, a customer to the Magnolia House, the clear message was...your husband spent good money with us, but we're not honoring that gift certificate because the person who waited on you is gone.
