The most important part of a real estate closing is a clear title, they couldnt get a title search done in two months . It took them three months and four different closing dates to finally close on my property on Windfall, Rd in the town of Olean . The realtor was working both sides of the deal , said that's how they do it in Olean , NY . If buying or selling property do not use these attorneys, they will screw up anything . They are not good like the television commercials tell you , they are absolutely the worst , They should be disbarred .
