Upon arrival the condo wasn't move-in ready. Required a deep cleaning among other things. Mixed emotions of anger, disappointment of unsanitary, filthy condo we were calling friends if they can recommend housecleaning business for urgent deep cleaning. Majority were booked except Mayra. She informed us they are booked but can squeeze us in for next day at 6 pm. We agreed. Team of 3 arrived and finished within 2 hrs.. They did an amazing job and the attention to detail the crew put in even placing an emblem on the toilet paper. My wife just cried and was shocked on the difference they made. Price is reasonable and tip provided to all 3 for phenomenon job they had done. Crew was extremely friendly and provide exceptional customer service so much we decided to continue with monthly cleaning service. (Pictures attach can't really show conditions of before or after trust me it was a huge improvement) Thank you Highly recommend.

The two ladies from Nice & Clean Housekeeping were reasonably thorough with cleaning and did a very good job with general tidying, the floors, bathroom sinks, and kitchen. I think they could have tried a bit harder with the showers. I noticed the shower was still quite dirty, and while she was demonstrating to me trying to show why she couldn't clean it more, there was clearly more gunk coming off. Other than that the biggest con was communication. They came over 3 hours after our original scheduled time, and basically left us hanging with no responses or updates via text beforehand. We understand a previous client was running over, but a heads up would have been nice. Otherwise they are decent cleaners, and you get reasonable value.
