When I arrived in Fillmore I didn't know what to expect when I saw this cabin!! But I knew something yummy was in store for me. I walked into the main entrance and as I walked up to the right and left of me were metal cutouts of animals grazing In the Garden. It was wonderful and Whimsical I loved it very much! There's so much I love about summer Utah's unbelievable. But I wasn't surprised how much I would love the garden just outside this store. The grass was green and speckled with the most beautiful yellow dandelions! I love dandelions! So I squatted down and try to take a picture of just the tops of the yellow part so I would look like a Grove. As I walked up to the porch I took a panorama picture left to right. I love the feel of this cabin already! And I haven't even walked in yet! Walking through these big double doors I was greeted by a very nice man and a woman behind the counter and they were waiting on a customer. After a while of perusing the cards I found exactly what I wanted to give to my boyfriend D. I found a magnet that said never give up on the journey. As I stood in the main area looking left to right I could see that every nook and cranny had something in it that texture to it. There were silk plants and flowers and twigs for making and feeling vases and baskets. There were blankets and trinkets and Jewelry and bookmarks in greeting cards and calendars and books! There were so many different types of knick knacks that anybody could walk in and find what the heart's desire is pay for it and walk out. That is what I love about small town specialty stores like Fillmore Country Floral exclamation marks everywhere I looked there was something very interesting and unique to buy. So I decided to take the wooden stairs up words, oh my gosh! Clocks and clocks and more clocks going up and around the corner what an awesome idea! The gentleman told me his daughter is the designer of the store as she goes to different places to purchase wonderful things! Her touch is evident throughout the store. As I went upstairs I had to take pictures of the banisters because they were all skinny tree trunks that made that the railing. Upstairs there were so many different things to find! Unique wind chimes with crystals I'm going back I want to get something very beautiful with crystals on it. I love ocean colors there was so many different objects to buy of various different beautiful colors. This store has just about everything you would want to buy in the way of gifts for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, the list goes on! When I am in Fillmore Utah I will stop in Fillmore Country Floral to get my fun purchases on! Fillmore Country Floral is right next door to the Lumber Yard. We made a decision to switch from T Mobile to another carrier - and the transition was a mess…read more Turns out you have to have EVERYTHING cleared before you let them move your service - or you are blocked out of your T Mobile account and then how can you get your phone paid off by the new guys? What a mess! We were foiled at every turn in our home zone (Redlands, CA). But on vacation, traveling through Utah, we stopped in at the T Mobile store and Chloe Burmood, the store manager, took the time to untangle our mess, navigate the internal labyrinth and figure out how we could make the final payment so that the next guys could pick up our service. It was outstanding service, from someone who had absolutely no chance of benefiting from the transaction. She just did it because we needed help, and she could provide it. If we lived in Richfield, we would absolutely be back with T Mobile, due to her superior service. Thank you, Chloe! Those of you in Richfield have a clear winner in her.

He went above and beyond. He did not make me feel like less of a person when I didn't understand something. The only issue I have is that I had to trade in my old phone when previously I was told I could keep it. And now T mobile has sent a package and label for me to send my old phone in, which they already kept at the store. I really wish I could have kept my old iPhone because my son needs one and it would be helpful for me in my business as well. What do ya do? Dylan was great though and Chloe as well. Thanks guys!

They did not have any iPhone Mini (which we wanted). We reluctantly agreed to take an iPhone 12 because the old phone we were replacing was malfunctioning and we were out of options. After signing the digital order screen I looked at the receipt and realized we were charged more than the phone price. Turned out they only had a phone with twice the memory we asked for. They charged us for it but never told us until we saw it on the receipt. The person we spoke with did not know how to transfer the data from the old phone and almost decided (on her own) to create a new Apple ID for us when I stopped her. We made sure the phone could call the other phone on the plan and headed home to transfer our own data. The next day we realized the new phone could only call the other phone on the plan but no other number. We had to spend time with AT&T tech support who had to redo the whole provisioning process to get everything to work. I have a hard time believing that a small store in a small town just ran out of all low-end phone models. But even if that was the case, clearly the person who sold us the new phone did not configure it properly. We were not offered a trade-in for our old phone, or an AppleCare warranty.

I first saw a mantel online at Home Depot by a salesperson. I then came home and went to their…read morewebsite and ordered one I liked better. After ordering it I received a notification from Fed Ex that it had been delivered. Only problem was it wasn't delivered to me. When I called Dogberry Collections I was told it wasn't THEIR problem. That they had made it and shipped it so it wasn't their problem but mine alone. I contacted Fed Ex twice. First time they couldn't find a package with my name or address on it. Second time I contacted Fed Ex going by the number on the package only I was told that there was a picture of my door that it was delivered to. BUT IT WASN'T MY DOOR IN THE PICTURE. Now you may think this is a problem with Fed Ex but it's not. I got out in the rain and tracked down my mantle by looking for the door in the picture. After going to this apartment a few times I retrieved my mantle. The problem was that on the shipping label it did NOT have my name or apartment number. When I made my order I listed my apartment number on two different lines. But the label simply said SHOPIFY IN PLACE OF MY NAME AND WITHOUT A APARTMENT NUMBER. They certainly knew my name when they billed my credit card and would not issue a refund. It was left up to me to track down the mantle and carry it home. I am 72 and disabled. I am just lucky that the person it was delivered to was willing to give it to me without any proof that it belonged to me and that they had not decided to keep it for themselves. DOGBERRY COLLECTIONS WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT ANY HELP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.
