Sandy was amazing. I…read morehad a 9am appointment on a Friday. Walked in and was asked to wash my hands (great sanitary precautions) and pick a color. Employees wore masks, as did I, but guests were not required to. There were nice glass partitions between all nail techs and guests- both manicurist and pedicure stations. They had plastic liners in the pedicure tubs, took tools out of new disposable packages, etc. Sandy asked if I wanted the massage chair on, and helped set it up. She was great during the pedicure! Checked to ensure the water temp was OK, checked to ensure she wasn't pressing too hard while cutting my toenails/cuticles, and made sure the calf/foot massage pressure was just right. All in all, it was very relaxing, and I'd definitely go back! Bonus points because they knew a woman, and another mother daughter pair by name and had convos about any life updates. Shows me that they care about their customers and get repeat business!

DO NOT COME HERE. I wanted to love this place given the online presence and reviews, but my…read moreexperience was disappointing from the start. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me. The receptionist (or technician) was on the phone and made no effort to greet or check me in. It felt uncomfortable enough that I left and waited at a nearby café for nearly an hour instead of sitting in the lobby. The pedicure itself lasted about 25-30 minutes and felt rushed. The tech was extremely young and inexperienced. There was no proper nail cleaning, no cuticle work, and no attention to detail. I still had visible black polish residue from my previous pedicure when I left. For $50, I expected significantly more care and thoroughness. When I chose my color, it clearly needed another coat for full coverage. Instead of addressing it, I was told that "next time" I should ask for full coverage. The service was completed at 5:35 PM, and they close at 7 PM, yet everything felt rushed as if they were trying to get out the door. The space is aesthetically pleasing and has beautiful chairs, but unfortunately the chairs don't recline and the overall service did not match the presentation. Social media presence and follower count don't always reflect service quality. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and not an experience I would repeat. Especially after taking an extremely expensive uber to get there.

They did a decent job. Had the sanitary plastic cover for the soaking tub for your feet…read more Here is where the problem lies. If I come in to get my nails done, I don't care how you think I should do them, you do them how I am asking you to. No argument. I wanted to soak my hands in water because I have dry cuticles that hurt when cut. NO, I do not want the chemical, cream or anything you put on them to soften and cut. I wanted to soak in water. DO IT! No questions asked,no telling me why or what I need done. Especially when I have politely listened and then told you that I understand but still want to soak my hands and do it my way. It took for the nice lady to take over the conversation and agree to what I was asking as her male colleague kept arguing. I have been getting them done this way for 30 years. Do not try and tell me better. Also, when I tell you I don't want chemicals and I do not like the sun lights to dry my nails. Don't tell me you know better and that it is harmless. Not the most relaxing 'Spa' experience to go in and have you 'question and lecture' the client all the while telling me that you were a registered nurse in your country and that is why you know better. Not Ok . Will not be returning here.

Cape Coral , Florida 05 December 2020…read more Well Boyz & Girls , yesterday I went for my first ever official Pedicure Now I've been around the block and I've had foot treatment before with nail cutting and such and such. But yesterday it was "official". My buddy's wife made the appointment for me with Diane. The minute I walked in the place every woman's head swiveled in my direction with that Egad , it's a MAN entering a Woman's world look on their face. Suddenly I realized that I WAS the only man in the joint. Suddenly , everyone is giggling and speaking in Chinese. Hmmm talking about me maybe ‍. So , Diane motions me over to her chair and told me to sit down. I do as I'm told. Placing my bare feet into a caldron of HOT water. Silly me , I expected WARM water, not HOT. Too late. Diane seized control of my feet which now are in her hands. Next thing I know the chair I'm sitting in starts punching me in my back. What ?! Oh ! It's called a massage. A massage while having my feet attended to , how nice. Well I must say , Diane did a very thorough job and left my pampered feet cleaned and refreshed with nails trimmed and filed down. She included an Olive Oil treatment of my lower legs and removed calloused skin from the bottom of my feet. Diane did a tremendous job treating my feet and as I left I felt as if I was walking on a cloud. Why , I was so pampered I almost felt like a girl . Diane ordered me back in 6 weeks to maintain a health care regimen of my feet. So , I guess that means ... I'll be back. Oh yeah , and free parking in a private lot. Always a plus in my book.
