The guys (and gals) who work in there are extremely friendly, and all know what they're doing when it comes to hair, and offer free consultations if you're unsure about what you want. Although it is a little on the pricey side, they have plenty of good offers on the go, and if you recommend a friend then you and your friend both get 50% off, so it can end up being a bargain.

It was so uncomfortable and every time I said no to an extra treatment they'd push and push, telling me I really should get it and I had to buy the products to take home. Listening in to the conversations around the room, every hairdresser was adding surcharges and hidden costs to customers appointments, waiting until they're in the seat to tell them this or that will be £30 more. My hairdresser was doing two appointments at once, meaning I was left sat with wet hair in the sink for half an hour. I'd booked for highlights, cut and blowdry but she said I could only have a trim off my ends and barely cut my hair. Not worth the money at all!

My hair was washed by young girl I told her I just wanted trim she then snipped at the back of my hair and cut at a few of the layers 10 mins later my hair was being roughed dried for which I was charged an extra £3. When i got home I noticed the hacked layers the following day I returned to salon and they refunded my money. I spoke with the admin department at the head office who went on to tell me that the girl that did at my hair was a junior and should have been supervised !!!!!

Today was to final straw though. I am going on holiday tomorrow and went in 2 hours and 10 minutes before the shop closed, thinking I was leaving loads of time. There was not one person waiting to be seen and when I told this man what I wanted he said "no time". I literally wanted my roots coloured which takes an hour from start to finish as I have it done every couple of months. When I questioned their closing time he just repeated "no time". I am a considerate person and if I had come in an hour before or even an hour and a half I would understand more but 2 hours and 10 minutes with no apology. Just ridiculous.

Would not recommend to people who are BME, LGBTQ+ or disabled. The staff are friendly and genuinely interested in what their colleagues are up to - and quick to offer advice too. I heartily recommend Leah - she's a proper hair wizard :)
