I told the woman I wanted something short (about 1 inch all over), sassy and it makes me look 30 years younger. She gave me a brush cut. Does Caroline not know the length of 1 inch? If not, why not? The only good thing is that I know my hair grows fast and because of the pandemic I don't have anywhere to go. What really ticked me off is that their machine would not allow me to pay just the amount of the hair cut. I HAD to give a tip. That makes me angry. I would normally give a tip - I just don't like being told I HAVE to give a tip. In this case, Caroline did not deserve a tip. Tips are for people who give good service. She did not.
