A little salt and pepper, garlic and onion... not too much. But to taste. Or maybe some "Signature Sauces" customers can taste test first and choose? 3) let your identity be in the balance of flavor and something unique (Signature Sauces?), not how much meat you put on the bread. My recent visit was not bad. Just not outstanding. I beat the lunch crowd to the counter service and ordered the roast pork platter ($14.72).
