While my need for supplies has been slim, they do offer a wide variety of services and products varying from wedding DJ's to bounce houses. I've rented a mic, speaker, speaker stand and aux cord from them in the past. For a full day this has cost me around $55-$60 each time. Their customer service is top notch! I mean that. Each time I've gotten off the phone with them or left their office, I am in awe of how kind and helpful their employees are. They always have a smile on their face, a positive tone in their voice, and an answer to my questions. While the products/services they offer are great, the real thing that makes me want to return and give them my business over and over again is their customer service. Great people and great products/services!

The bounce house was clean and they sanitized it again after they set it up. I will definitely use this company every time I need a bounce house and would highly recommend them to anyone!

So no, a full refund was not offered. Also, I never asked for the inflatable to stay overnight as my party was over at 5:00 and there was no one left to enjoy it. To use that as a "generous offering" that had no benefit is ridiculous. When I received the call that they were pulling up, I went outside to wave them in to the spot that was available, however they had already parked down the street. I would have showed them where they could park. When the delivery guys came up to the house I told them where they could pull in, plenty of room, however they said no, they would stay where they were. I find it hard to believe that traffic and parking down the street caused a 2 hour delay. Once the delivery guys arrived, they had everything set up quickly , even with parking down the street and hauling their equipment, which again, they didn't need to. I find I disappointing that rather than just owning that your service fell short, you are choosing to be dishonest instead

Four years ago I would have given this business a four star rating. We were planning an outdoor…read moredance party and decided to rent one of their porta pots. We thought paying $99 was a fair cost if it allowed us to preserve the condition of our bathroom! Last year we had a post-covid party and had to pay $199 for one of their units. Spendy, but again, we thought it would be worth it. When I enquired about reserving a unit this year for a small family gathering, I was given a quote of $399. Another doubling in price?? When I sent an email questioning this, I was told that since I had rented prior, my account would be grandfathered in to a lower price. By then we had already made other plans for our family gathering due to the Porta potty issue. I admit, that was decent but why be complicit in price gouging in the first place? I don't understand this practice and I don't recommend Porta Pros to any regular member of the public who wants to keep their own bathroom in good shape.
