Tonight I had a wagyu burger and my wife had the chicken Milanese. We also had bang bang shrimp and Asian spring rolls. The shrimp and spring rolls were good. The spring rolls need to be wrapped tighter, but otherwise they were good. The wagyu was decent however it lacked seasoning and the tomato shouldn't be as thick as the burger itself, less is more for the tomato here. If not for the bacon that accompanied the meat, it sadly would've been mediocre and flavorless. While I cannot comment on the chicken dish my wife had, as I didn't try it, she thought it was cooked well and tasted good. I can say the portion size in the chicken was quite large, so that was a plus. Overall the Mixed Grille is your typical country club golf course hang out: the food, while it has improved, still has a fair way to go (pun intended).
