We then paid for a delivery service from another company as $1200 is ridiculous considering how much we paid for the items, and when we received the product and we were in complete shock. We waited so long that I was unable to make it to his shop to view the products. We trusted him based off his portfolio and Instagram to complete this scope of work, and we can't believe he sent these items out knowing they were incomplete. The millwork is beyond unprofessional and only half an inch deep on the interior. It is all chipped and crooked as well. It was supposed to be light weight cement drawer faces to match the rest of the piece. We paid $1000 for just the drawers itself and he didn't even get the number of drawers correct. I was unaware it was staying as wood, and wasn't even given a stain option if that was the case. None of the outlet boxes fit, let alone lead to anywhere. There are no cuts on the other sides of them.... Not sure how every single one was missed.... As the drawings were very straight forward and a call was had about these items. Now we just have holes in the face of both pieces for no reason. There is no logo in which he charged us as seen in the invoice line item. He texted me two days prior stating he was going to finish the logo before we picked up. And didn't say anything when he didn't do it. As well as the two pieces do not match. Both the table and reception desk are different colours. The table has seems all along it which are very visible in person. Both myself and the client have tried contacting him several times and not a single response has been given. We tried giving multiple chances to rectify these issues, and for $12,000.00 it is so unprofessional that we even have to chase him down. From calls, texts, and emails. Further action will be taken, just letting everyone know to be cautious when using this company.

They are a fly by night company that will not satisfy you. Their workmanship is terrible and even worst is their customer service. After dealing with squirrels in my attic and hiring a wildlife company to get them out and install protection to the entire house I proceeded to get my attic insulation removed and replaced. i then decided to get my roof done due to the damage. I met with Crystal and explained the entire situation including the squirrels and protection. I was very clear that the protection was to be put back or left in place. I was not willing to risk the squirrels getting back in after spending almost $800 on pest control. There was a lot of "yes sirs" and "we'll take care of it" talk but in the end it turned out they didn't replace the pest control measures and the squirrels got back in! I had to spend another $800 to do it all over again. When I went back to Crystal she flat out told me it wasn't their problem. She even sent me a doctored photo of my house before the new roof was installed where she photoshopped out the mesh over the vents! I of course had photos clearly showing the protection in place and sent them it to her. she did not respond. She then proceeds to tell me that the guys that did the work did not see the protection and that I didn't tell them to put it back. As if it was my responsibility to manage her crew. These are the same guys that left the back of my house a complete disaster by leaving all the garbage behind, broke the motion light at the soffit by the front of the house and didn't even collect payment at the end of the job. It was dark by the time they finished and I was dealing with my kids as they were cleaning up. I came out to see if they were done as it got very quite. They dispatched an unsupervised subcontractor to repair a roof leak at my home. It was an absolute disaster. Using sub-standard materials and atrocious workmanship, he actively made the leak worse--all while manipulating me into paying nearly $1,000 for useless "repairs". When the leak immediately flooded again, the subcontractor tried to extort more money from me, blamed me for his failure, and aggressively pressured me to grant him entry to my home. When another company representative finally inspected the damage, he explicitly admitted the subcontractor's work was completely improper and revealed they had been forced to fire him due to a string of client complaints. Despite sending a rogue contractor who caused further damage, management took zero responsibility. The unaddressed breach forced me to pay thousands out of pocket to have the entire roof replaced by a competent contractor. Worst of all is their cowardice in customer service. A representative promised to discuss my reasonable request for reimbursing the wasted $950 and get back to me. They completely stonewalled me and never called back. Leaving a retired senior out of pocket for a disaster of their own creation and then ghosting them is disgraceful. Operating under the name "Integrity" while abandoning customers the moment a mistake is made is pure hypocrisy. Look elsewhere.
