We are a family of 8 with 8 different personalities and attitudes in order to expect different results you have to do something different! This was a huge change for our family and I will never regret it. There are options for everyone! There are several locations, but you felpart of the congregation however you decide to worship. You can stream, visit in person, listen to podcasts...... it is a "contemporary" feel that is unmatched! I would highly suggest visiting.

I recently went back for a quick Sunday mass and mass here was just as long and boring as I remember. The priests at this church don't even try to make it interesting. The homilies last forever and have little to no purpose nor are they thought provoking. Also, the church is cold. I don't just mean temperature wise. Something about this church is actually cold feeling. The stained glass isn't all that impressive, there's cold linoleum flooring, the decor is cold, the music is rigid, the greeters seem rigid. It's just....cold. I know it's Catholic and I basically just reiterated many of the things that most Catholics in their 20's complain about, but this place seems to be the embodiment of all things cold and Catholic. Not a good thing at all...but hey, if that's the sort of Catholic you are into, maybe you will like it here.

Immediately after sitting down, I realized that I was in the right place. I felt so touched and inspired, and encouraged to explore my spirituality and connection to God beyond the confines of a Sunday morning. As Christian churches go, they have their religious tenants that tend to put them in the "conservative" camp, but as far as churches go, I do believe that this one is fairly progressive and accepting. Things to expect: messages concretely tied into real life, excellently performed contemporary music - some of it original, overhead presentation of what's occurring on the main stage so everyone can see, occasional use of videotaped messages when the pastor is traveling, coffee before the service and donuts after, and kind people all around.
