Arrived here just an hour before closing and I was sad because I really could have supplied all my tool kit needs for little cost. And let's face it, they don't make things like they used to. I left with a new knob for my broken hose spigot, replaced a file for my toolbox ($1.50), and an item for my target practice. With more time, I certainly could have supplied more needs for items around the home and garage at excellent prices.

I spent way less here than I had at places much farther away. I'm so impressed at all of the awesome things I found! I can't wait to go back again!! The only criticism I have is the hours are inconvenient for some who work until 430 or 5 such as myself. During the warmer months I was informed that the shop is closed as she migrates to warmer climates until the spring. Some items are labeled with descriptions, which were interesting to read. Their collection featured a lot of furniture, silver, and a lot of items pre-date the 20th century. For collectors, this place is probably really neat. For an average person, the prices seemed steep and I didn't find anything I was interested in. But overall we still enjoyed browsing. No photos are allowed inside the shop. We didn't have any issues. Both the people we interacted with seemed friendly and like they wanted to chat.

It seems like most items in this shop are less than 50 years old, and affordably priced. Lots of 80s and 90s toys and memorabilia. 1/29/22 I have been…read morea repeat customer, until today. The regular check-out associate, Harvey, didd SSD played such a nasty disposition, that my experience was honestly one of disgust. I have never seen such, nor have I ever experienced a nasty, unfriendly, unprovoked character in any shop before. We all the peculiar things that we do; I like odd pieces, and I love just the right book. Well, today- my last- I found a small book with of. course, small print. I was using my phone to check/cross reference if this item was what I was looking for. Harvey rushed me in my time to decide whether or not I wanted to buy the book:"Do you want it?" . He not only asked me three times, but he has told me, "I give you five minutes, then I'm putting' back in the case!". He carried himself in a most disrespectful, impatient, nasty, wretched way, and perhaps even, with racial animosity. To be forward, he is never much better toward me, always unwelcoming, unfriendly, and never a human smile. In fact, whatever his issue, he even expressed: " You do it all the time. No one else does it." whatever is he talking about? like any other, I browse the msny items on site, curious about some, not most, but a customer as any other;though, not white/European descent. in fact, I'm a mom, grandmother, educated, and a teacher. I'm sorry but, Harvey , was truly an embarrassment for the establishment or any other place/people of decency. He was the lowest I have experienced personally- a nasty character for such a public facing enterprise.
