I did'nt need a tow , but if I ever do, I won't be calling this unprofessional company. I am not at all sensitive to light myself, not even hollogens that alot of ppl are. I do know many ppl who are. As I was driving on Marion Edison Rd tonight, I was coming up on ridiculously super bright light. As I pass, I see that it's Rons towing. Not in a nasty way at all, that I could and should have, I said "You know that light is really bright to on coming traffic, right"? I do know ppl that would be blinded by it, and I understand their need to see in the dark, but all of that is unnecessary. I was broke down in Marion Ohio today . Called my Triple A for a tow truck to haul my car. They sent Ron's Towing out. We told them where we was they told them , then the calls started from the driver!!! 1st call he asked exactly where I was I told him Rt 529 and Marion Cardington rd he said ok. 2nd call he asked again we told him. 3rd call he stated that he could not see us but yet he was at art 423 and Marion Cardington we again told him where I was over by dog pound .. 4th call I called him because he was going wrong direction I was getting mad! He finally got there immediately got out and got into my face !!! Telling me I had a bad attitude and he wasn't a little boy but a big man I told him he needed a map or new gps !!! This company doesn't even deserve one star. The whole experience I had with this place was a joke. From bad wait times to being professional. First off the driver was talking about his "good ol days". Driving away from the cops on a high speed chase was his most infamous story. Or the other one was how if he crossed the border of Michigan, he would be arrested. The worst is yet to come! After being towed 100 miles. The tow truck driver cracked my oil pan on the release! I have pictures and a video of it. And they still won't own up to being at fault! Causing oil to be dripping off the truck into my yard, (living off of a well)! The man didn't care one bit. So he drove off with oil dripping down my whole road! If you ever need to be towed around the Marion area, look somewhere else. read more
