She is an absolute nightmare and has caused multiple long time associates and supervisors to quit due to lack or respect and proper management. Attempted to take my concerns about her treatment to the District manager and was basically told she was being how she was because we were not accepting of her as the new manager. Although multiple people made complaints about the way they were treated we were all told to be nice to her and take this as a learning experience. After talking with the District manager the store manager became even worse.

The first thing I noticed about the shop is that glorious scent as soon as you enter the store. It is wonderful and never something that can be purchased because it is a combination of scents and fragrances. They do have a nice candle selection of candles beginning with the Yankee candles and the hard to find long stem candles which add a touch of elegance to any space. They even have candles that crackle when they burn and definitely remind you of fall and being close to the fireplace. They have lots of little "machines and things" that seamlessly fit into your décor and introduce wonderful scents into the air. If you like the scent of a candle without the flame, try the wax pottery. They have those special "Poo-Pourri sprays" that are great for keeping things fresh (if you know what I mean). You simply spray and go and all is right with the world. If you want to set an elegant holiday table, they have these miniature tree branches that light up and can easily be incorporated into a very nice centerpiece. The possibilities are endless! All of that aside, I was drawn to the beautiful cards that they have available. I think the specific companies are Blue Mountain and Mosaic. These are modern cards for modern times. They beautifully express my thoughts and feelings and I just love them. I like to just buy a few for times when I am missing friends or just want others to know how much I appreciate them. They are highly recommended. You'll want to stop here while you are in town because this is a really nice store with great employees.

Chris arrived on time and was both personable and professional. He quickly disassembled the sofa and installed the replacement piece with care. We were initially concerned the materials might not match, but this was not an issue. As promised, we've updated our review to reflect this positive resolution. Initial October 3, 2025 review with one star: The showroom experience was excellent and the salesperson was knowledgeable and professional.
