The ONE problem - and not a real problem - we dropped it off at 8:30 AM, and was told 2-3 hours, and they would call us, we didn't get a call but swung by at 2:30 PM, and they were finishing up the drying. Not a problem at all, but expect a good 4-5 hours wait. Make it a day-date with your significant other like we did. Which makes it even more okay, because they knocked this out of the park. EVERYTHING is so clean, and smelled so good. It looked like a brand new car inside and out. Even spots inside where I was like, "I'm not sure they can get that"- they nailed. I'm going to be bringing my car, and my wife wants to make the full detail an annual thing, with getting minor clean-up's multiple times in between that.
