Hi my name is Anton, I am from Russia and right now I am a freshman at a Canadian College…read more I submit that all of this was made possible by the exceptional efforts of the professional team from the "Legally Canadian Immigration Law Firm" Before I met them I have done a lot of mistakes with my visa application and when they took my case I have already had 3 rejections in my history records. It was hopelessness. But "Legally Canadian" managed the impossible. They saw mistakes in visa officer work and offered me to start legal proceedings against the decision of the visa officer. After that they helped me to convince my college to save my application and transfer it to the next study period (at first college was very stubborn and did not allow me to transfer my application. Moreover college claimed that I would never be enrolled again because of my multiply rejection) Besides the price was really fair and it is another benefit to work with "Legally Canadian Immigration Law Firm "

By the…read moretime everything is settled, it often seems like the legal fees add up quickly, and you might feel as though you've spent more than you expected. While some lawyers certainly provide valuable help, it can still feel like, at the end of the day, they get a significant portion of your money. If you're considering hiring one, I'd strongly recommend asking detailed questions about billing, fees, and expected costs upfront.

Consumer Warning: $1,000 Charged for Zero Services; JusticeNet Rules Ignored…read more I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Caleesis Telesh. I hired her through the JusticeNet program, which is designed to help low-income individuals access legal help at capped rates. In my case (ODSP), the rate was capped at $130/hour. The Issues: Predatory Billing: Before performing any work, she required a $1,000 payment via e-transfer. She never provided a written retainer or a signed contract outlining the scope of work, which is a standard professional requirement. No Results: I was seeking help with a license reinstatement. After paying her, I received no legal documents or proof of work. In the end, I resolved the issue myself with one phone call to the insurance provider, as confirmed by an email from Allstate Insurance on Jan 9, 2026. Refusal to Refund: Despite doing zero work, she refused a refund and produced an "interim invoice" after the fact, labeling the $1,000 as a "consultation." Based on JusticeNet rates, an $885+HST consultation would require nearly 8 hours of time, which never happened. Professional Record: Prospective clients should be aware that this lawyer has a public record with the Law Society of Ontario (Case 2023 ONLSTH 117) regarding professional conduct. I have filed a formal fraud dispute with my bank and am in the process of a Law Society complaint. If you are looking for a lawyer who follows program rules and provides transparent billing, look elsewhere.
