WARNING. A technician from this company came to fix heating on 5 yr old LG AC. Cooling working…read morefine. Technician repaired leak and topped up gas. I believed him and paid invoice, stupidly without testing machine thoroughly before paying. After he left I tested and was not working, technician came back an hour later and after working on it for a while he comes in and tells me the compressor is dead and I no longer have heating or cooling. When I queried this with the company their official line was air conditioners are man made machines that break and that the original invoice would stand. However, there is a discrepancy in the technician claiming he had tested the machine in my presence before he left the first time and if the machine was working why did he have to come back an hour later. As many people have said to me, 'yes machines break but its weird something happened to it while a technician was working on it, that would be like taking your car to the mechanic for an oil change and then the mechanic telling you the motor blew up while it was there'. They also advised that the repair for the machine often costs more than a new machine and so they provided a quote for a new machine. A different company quoted a repair that came in half the cost of a new machine which makes me wonder how many machines prematurely get replaced under there watch. I wish I had read the reviews on here before choosing them as there is a pattern of people losing money with them when things don't go smoothly. I was bringing home our first baby from the hospital that day and saw them as a solution to heating, but ended up with a bigger problem as well as increased stress and anxiety having to deal with their hard line. The only expertise I experienced from them was the skill of dodging any culpability. If you're looking for someone to do your work all the best trying to find someone honest.

Everything he did was superb as for your comments - Bracket Installation: You mentioned that the bracket holding the indoor head unit was secured by only two screws into timber, with the remaining screws directly into the plaster. Our installation practices adhere to industry standards and safety guidelines. The use of timber and plaster anchors is common practice, especially when mounting air conditioning brackets. We ensure that the bracket is securely fastened to provide stability and prevent any potential hazards. Last October I needed a drain unblocked, a pool overflow hooked into stormwater, and a shower head…read morefitted. Unfortunately I contacted Soul Plumbing (the so-called plumber is Suhybe Aziz) for the work. The SMS interactions were OK initially, but his fake politeness didn't last very long. Despite the fact he knew my house was brick from the pics I sent him he didn't bother bringing his own masonry drill bits so he used mine - he drilled me some bonus extra holes in the back of the house though. He also didn't have his own broom, and didn't bother bringing his drain camera as it was supposedly in for repairs. In summary: 1. he charged me $2000 for the jobs I requested 2. he was at my house for 90 minutes total 3. not one job was done properly, and he didn't test the stormwater piping he'd fitted 4. when I asked for a full refund he told me he'd call the police on me for harassment, and also tried telling me I "tried to touch his son while he wasn't there" in the same text. An hour or two after he left it was time to drain some water from the pool, so I switched the filter on to see how the new piping would go. Clear pool water gushed from the downpipe he'd run his new pipe into, and filthy mud came out of the other downpipe that he claimed he'd unblocked and ran into the pool. The shower head also wobbles and isn't straight, and started leaking a couple of weeks after his visit. Despite telling me I would receive a 3 year warranty he hasn't come back to fix his mess, so my house remains in a worse state than before he attended. No invoice has been received. A truly pathetic plumber who chooses to hide behind his phone and make absurd threats and disgusting accusations instead of trying to fix the problems he caused like an adult would - don't waste your money.
