In the end, I decided to get my tooth extracted since it was back where my wisdom teeth were. Dr. Palumbo explained everything in detail throughout all of my appointments. I scheduled a follow up appointment to have the tooth extraction done. From time of arrival to departure, the extraction took about 20-25 minutes. No joke. Dr. Palumbo then prescribed me with some medication and prescription mouth wash. They even called/faxed in my prescriptions ahead of time for me. When I arrived at a local, popular pharmacy that has 3 letters in it, the prescriptions weren't ready and the line to pick up prescriptions was super long. It took longer to get my prescriptions than to have a tooth extracted with anesthesia! Definitely go to Dr.Palumbo and his team! So friendly and the prices are very fair!

Although I postponed the procedure was simple. Dr. Sperling was confident in her ability and it showed. On game day I popped a pill, had my mom drive me over and It was done. I awoke and was good to go. I had to refrain from drinking (and smoking if you smoke) for two weeks and be careful not do so things that caused my mouth to open too wide like eating chewy food and... *gasp* smile. LOL But it was an otherwise easy experience. Only downside was not being able to brush my teeth for two weeks. The mouthwash I had to use caused staining but Dr. Sperling had a hygienist who was able to clean it right up (as you can see in the picture)!

Oh, my goodness!…read more Sure, he sounds like a Bond Villain, and any villainy ends with his name. (I couldn't decide between those two tag lines.) I needed to have a tooth pulled and an implant installed. That seemed both simple and potentially painful. I chose Dr. Oh because my dentist told me to, and I am very grateful for that recommendation. It took less than an hour between me walking in and leaving with all the work completed. During the procedure, there was absolutely no pain and almost no discomfort. The dentist worked slowly and carefully to extract my tooth. That is in sharp contrast from my last and only other extraction that was done by a big Swedish oral surgeon in DC who used, among other tools, a hammer and chisel. The office is clean and open. Their building has plenty of covered parking around back. The only problem is the buildings are out of order, and Dr. Oh's is set back from the street. Look for large signs along Maple Ave to direct you where to turn in. I can't imagine I'll ever look forward to having another tooth pulled. However, if I ever need to, I'm going back to Dr. Oh to have it done.

I had a lot of dental work done here; I wish I had gone elsewhere sooner as if they do not like you (this includes the dentist) you will be bullied as if you were in middle school. Most of the dental work done was good, but there was a major problem with one of the crowns which meant I had to go elsewhere. The office is clean, the hygenists are capable but this environment is not safe for anyone, including themselves because of the group bullying. I hope they get help with their anger issues.
