That's when I found Sydney--and everything changed. From the moment she took my case, Sydney was responsive, compassionate, and proactive. She immediately began asking the right questions, filed the necessary paperwork promptly, and charged a reasonable fee. Unlike my past experiences, Sydney consistently answered my calls and emails right away. Her dedication and professionalism gave me hope again. My previous attorney had completely given up on my case. He encouraged me to sign the paperwork, even though I would walk away with nothing, unless I paid a few thousands, on top of the thousands I had already paid over three years. I felt cornered and defeated. That's when Sydney stepped in, believed in me, and saw the injustice that was being done. Her incredible team--Jennifer and Ericah--were just as supportive. They listened patiently, responded quickly, and even followed up with texts to keep me informed and encouraged throughout the process. What stood out the most was that Sydney truly believed in me and the merits of my case. While my previous attorney had given up, Sydney fought hard. Because of her determination, I received a settlement I never thought possible. I only wish I had found Sydney sooner. She was truly a Godsend in one of the most difficult times in my life. If you are looking for an attorney who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely cares, look no further than Sydney and her amazing team.

Nonetheless, I found myself in a very difficult situation and decided that I needed help. Burke was recommended to me and I found him to be very responsive, informative and helpful. As facts emerged, he guided me through next steps and offered useful advice that helped me stay focused, be realistic and understand my position. When dealing with legal matters it is about the law and not about what is "right or just" and I need reminding of that a number of times. Burke was respectful of the difficulty of my situation and did his very best to get me the most that was allowable under the law. He made what was a highly stressful and disheartening situation tolerable. He was quick to respond to my inquiries, read my frequent emails and addressed my concerns quickly and thoroughly. Because of his fine work and hand holding, I was able to let go and move on. That is no small thing, talk to anyone that has dealt with a disputed estate. I trust Burke, his work ethic, his knowledge and his ability. It didn't hurt that I also felt that he actually cared about my concerns. I highly recommend Burke Marold.
