Christian and Lucas were fast, efficient and friendly. The packed up, transported and unloaded everything in under 2 hours and never complained, even though it was raining, humid and 90 degrees. They did finish in well under an hour but then they are trying to overcharge me an additional 80$ for the extra mover that I didn't request. They are threatening me with "legal action" in an attempt to extort/scare me into paying. I only accepted the extra mover on their word the cost would be the same. This is not a good business practice.

It's a weird time to move (March 2022-pandemic ongoing, great resignation, etc) and we'd heard and read some horror stories about traditional moving companies not getting stuff delivered for weeks because they've been just overwhelmed.
