When asked why we were scheduled if he didn't have time he told me to shut my trap. I've never said anything about the long wait we always have going there but I'm here to tell you everything she has to have work done we are there for 3 to 4 hours. They give her numbing meds then she waits up to an hour before they come back then they have to numb her again. I've dealt with it because we really liked going but for him to have the audacity to tell someone to shut their trap is just ridiculous. I will not be going back.

Rentz Jr. DMD, and his staff. I have a huge fear of dentists and dental work which prevented me from getting necessary work done to my teeth for years. I finally had to relent after I broke a molar, and took my mother's advice to go see Dr. Rentz. His office staff was curteous and helpful. They provided me with price estimates, and answered all my questions. They've very prompt, and often you don't wait longer than 5 minutes. If you're an early arriver to appointments, like I am, they'll usually take you back as soon as you arrive. Dr. Rentz never made me feel about the state of my teeth, and took care to explain to me exactly what he was going to do to help me. He talked to me during the entire procedure and even scheduled a follow-appointment for me a week later to check on how I was healing. (The follow-up was at no cost .)
